- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. Crisco oil
- 6 1/2 to 7 c. flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water.

4Flatten out with hand to the size of a pancake and fry in deep fat until golden brown. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar or powdered sugar.
