- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 4 c. flour
- 1 c. warm water
- 6 or 8 Tbsp. sugar
Directions

1Soften yeast in water.

2Combine all ingredients.

3Mix well. Divide dough into 12 pieces.

4Let set 20 minutes.

5Roll out on lightly floured board.

6Stack with wax paper between each piece. Heat vegetable oil in large, heavy skillet.

7Drop in hot grease after it has been stretched out in large circle.

8Turn once. Should be lightly browned.

9Surface will bubble or blister.
-
10Turn with spatula and broad knife.
-
11Place on paper towel.

12Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture or top with canned fruit pie.
