- 2 rabbits (optional)

- 1 bushel carrots
- 1 small pod garlic
- 1 stalk celery

1Clean elephant thoroughly. Sprinkle with onions, garlic, celery, carrots, salt and pepper. Bake at 350° for 2 weeks in a deep pit.

3If more are expected, you may add the rabbits, but use caution as most people do not like hare in their stew.
