Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) elbow macaroni
  • 1 lb. ground beef (fried and drained)
  • 1 (10 oz.) can mushroom soup
  • 3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. whole tomatoes (cut up)
  • 1/2 c. green pepper
  • 1/4 lb. mushrooms
  • 1 can onion rings

Directions

    Cook macaroni according to package directions and drain.

    Add all ingredients except cheese.

    Spread 1/2 of mixture into casserole dish.

    Top with Cheddar cheese.

    Spread remaining mixture on top of Cheddar cheese and top with remaining cheese. Top with can of onion rings.

    Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour.
