- 1 (16 oz.) elbow macaroni
- 1 lb. ground beef (fried and drained)
- 1 (10 oz.) can mushroom soup
- 3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. whole tomatoes (cut up)
- 1/2 c. green pepper
- 1/4 lb. mushrooms
- 1 can onion rings
Directions

1Cook macaroni according to package directions and drain.

2Add all ingredients except cheese.

3Spread 1/2 of mixture into casserole dish.

4Top with Cheddar cheese.

5Spread remaining mixture on top of Cheddar cheese and top with remaining cheese. Top with can of onion rings.

6Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour.
