- 1 lb chicken, cut into bite size pieces
- 2 carrots, cut into sticks
- 1 cup celery, sliced
- 12 head cabbage, shredded
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 12 cup soy sauce
- 1 (8 ounce) packagethin rice noodles
- black pepper
Directions

1Place noodles in bowl and cover with warm water to soften.

2Heat a large skillet to medium high heat.

3Add little bit of oil and saute the chicken until done.

4Remove from the skillet and add carrots, celery, and cabbage.

5Cook for a few minutes until slightly tender.

6Drain the noodles and add them to the skillet.

7Put the chicken back in and add the soy sauce and pepper to taste.

8You may garnish with green onions if you like.

9For a party, add things like pork or shrimp chopped into small bite size pieces.
