- 2 c. chunks pineapple
- 1 pt. cottage cheese
- 1/2 pt. whipping cream
- 12 marshmallows
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 pkg. lime jello
- 1 c. pineapple juice
Directions

1Dissolve jello in 1 cup of boiling water; dissolve marshmallows in pineapple juice.

2Add to jello.

3Chill until it starts to jell.

4Then add pineapple, cottage cheese, whipping cream (whipped) and nuts.

5Chill until firm, at least overnight.
