  • 1 c. raw rice
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 lb. fresh bulk pork sausage
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. diced cooked chicken
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 soup can full of water

Directions

    In a large, ovenproof skillet or casserole, brown crumbled sausage, rice and onion.

    Drain as necessary.

    Add the mushroom soup, celery, chicken, salt, pepper and water.

    Cover; bake for about an hour at 300° to 325°.
