- 1 c. raw rice
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 lb. fresh bulk pork sausage
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. diced cooked chicken
- salt and pepper
- 1 soup can full of water
Directions

1In a large, ovenproof skillet or casserole, brown crumbled sausage, rice and onion.

2Drain as necessary.

3Add the mushroom soup, celery, chicken, salt, pepper and water.

4Cover; bake for about an hour at 300° to 325°.
