  • 4 cups bread flour
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 12 cup sugar
  • 14 cup cooking oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 12 cup water
  • cornstarch, for dusting
  • oil (for frying)

    Sift Flour, salt, and sugar.

    Set aside.

    In a large bowl, combine eggs, water, and cooking oil.

    Add dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.

    Knead until dough is smooth adn satiny.

    divide dough into two portions.

    Cover and let rest for at least one hour.

    Sprinkle work area with cornstarch.

    Roll out into 4 or 5 inch diameter circles.

    Fill with filling.

    Fry in oil.
