Ingredients
- 1 kg Plain flour
- 2 Eggs
- 100 ml Olive oil (or vegetable oil)
- 400 ml Lukewarm water
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- 4 tbsp Sugar
Directions

1Combine the ingredients and set it aside until it becomes salty-sweet.

2Combine the ingredients in a large bowl and knead.

3Gradually knead Step 1 into Step 2.

4(350 ml lukewarm water will probably be just the right amount.)

5Form into 4-5 cm round balls and cover with a cloth to prevent them from drying out.

6This completes the empanada dough.

7Flatten out each ball of dough from Step 4.

8Wrap around fillingor cheese, fry them, and enjoy.
