  • 1 lb meatloaf mix
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1/2 red pepper chopped
  • Adobo
  • 1 can tomato sauce (Goya)
  • 1/2 jar salad olives ( Goya)
  • 3 heaping Tbsp Recaito (Goya)
  • 3 packs of Goya Orange Empanada shells (freezer)

    {"0":"- brown meat","1":"- add onion and pepper","2":"- mix","3":"- add 6 turns of Adobo, tomato sauce, Recaito, black pepper and olives","4":"- Simmer for 10 minutes","5":"- remove from heat and cool down","7":"- Roll out on a floured surface (one side only)","8":"- fill with 1 Tbsp of filling","9":"- seal both sides with a fork","10":"- fry in oil, spooning oil over constantly","11":"- flip when crisp","12":"- spooning over other side with oil","13":"- done in about 3 minutes"}
