- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 4 c. flour
- pineapple preserves
- 2 egg whites
Directions

1Mix flour, cream cheese and butter.

2Roll out dough and cut circles of dough about 4 inches across.

3Put 1 teaspoon of pineapple preserves in each dough circle.

4Fold the dough over, turnover style; crimp edges with fork.

5Brush with egg white. Bake at 350° for 10 to 15 minutes.
