  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 (No. 1) can pitted olives
  • 1 doz. corn tortillas, cut up
  • 2 (10 oz.) cans enchilada sauce
  • 1/2 lb. sharp cheese, grated

    Fry meat.

    Add salt, pepper and olives.

    Place 6 tortillas in bottom of 2-quart casserole.

    Add 1/2 the meat mixture to tortillas.

    Pour 1 can enchilada sauce over meat.

    Top with 1/2 the grated cheese.

    Repeat.

    Top with cheese.

    Cover; bake at 300° for 1 hour.
