- 1 lb. hamburger
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 (No. 1) can pitted olives
- 1 doz. corn tortillas, cut up
- 2 (10 oz.) cans enchilada sauce
- 1/2 lb. sharp cheese, grated
Directions

1Fry meat.

2Add salt, pepper and olives.

3Place 6 tortillas in bottom of 2-quart casserole.

4Add 1/2 the meat mixture to tortillas.

5Pour 1 can enchilada sauce over meat.

6Top with 1/2 the grated cheese.

7Repeat.

8Top with cheese.

9Cover; bake at 300° for 1 hour.

10Serves 6 to 8.
