- 2 lb. ground beef
- 9 corn tortillas, cut in half
- 1 small box Velveeta cheese, sliced
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 can Ranch Style beans
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
Directions

1Brown meat; drain.

2Place 3 tortillas in bottom of buttered casserole dish.

3Spread half of meat on top and layer with 1/2 can beans, then 1/2 of sliced cheese.

4Add another layer of tortillas and repeat layers.

5Place remaining 3 tortillas on top.

6Mix cream of chicken soup and Ro-Tel tomatoes together.

7Pour over top of tortillas.

8Cover and bake 1 hour in 350° oven.
