  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • cheese slices (American)
  • tortilla chips
  • 1 small can cream
  • 2 cans enchilada sauce
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions

    Cook hamburger and onions; drain. Mix together cream, enchilada sauce and soup. Pour some of the sauce mix into the bottom of a pan; add meat mixture. Cover with cheese slices and tortilla chips. Repeat layers, ending with sauce on top. Bake at 350° until cheese is melted.
