- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 can green chiles, chopped
- 1 pkg. 8 in. corn or flour tortillas
- 1 c. shredded cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of tomato soup
- 1 can enchilada sauce
Directions

1Brown beef and onion until done, drain grease.

2Mix in green chiles and 1/4 c. cheese.

3Put 1/3 to 1/2 c. meat mixture onto each tortilla and roll up.

4Mix soups and enchilada sauce until smooth.

5Put a small amount in bottom of baking dish.

6Place tortilla in dish, cover with remaining sauce.
