  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce

  • 6 flour tortillas
  • 1 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1/2 c. celery, diced
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/3 c. water
  • 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
  • 1 c. Colby cheese, shredded
