- 1 lb. ground meat
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 c. green pepper, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/2 small can green chili peppers
- salt, pepper and cumin
- 1 pkg. tortillas (12)
Directions

1Brown meat and onion in butter.

2Add other ingredients (except tortillas and grated cheese).

3Cut tortillas into quarters.

4Spoon some meat mixture into casserole followed by a layer of tortillas and then cheese.

5Repeat until all meat mixture is used ending with meat on top.

6Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
