  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • 10 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 1/2 pkg. corn tortillas
