  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cumin
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 c. water
  • 8/2 tsp. salt and pepper
  • 2 c. taco sauce
  • 1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 12 flour tortillas

    chili powder, salt, pepper and water and simmer. Put 1/3 taco sauce on bottom of casserole,

    then 1/2 of tortillas and then 1/3 of taco sauce.

    mix, then sour cream and 1/2 of cheese. Place rest of
