- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. taco sauce
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 8 corn tortillas, torn up
- 1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
Directions

1Brown meat and onion.

3Add soups, taco and enchilada sauces.

4Grease large casserole dish.

5Place small amount of meat sauce in bottom, then layer tortillas, meat sauce and cheese (3 times).
