- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb chorizo sausage
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 12 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt and pepper
- 12 corn tortillas
- 34 cup milk
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 12 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350F.

2In a large frying pan over med-high heat, combine ground beef, chorizo sausage and onions; cook until meat is browned.

3Pour off fat, add tomato sauce, chili powder, garlic, salt and pepper to taste and stir to combine; set aside.

4Line the bottom of a 9x13-inch pan with 6 of the tortillas, slightly overlapping them.

5Spoon reserved meat mixture over tortillas and top with remaining tortillas.

6Combine cream of chicken soup and milk and stir until smooth.

7Pour soup mixture over tortillas.

8Sprinkle cheese over top and bake for 25 minutes.

9Serve hot.
