  • 1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
  • 1 tomatoes, chopped

  • 14 cup flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 (10 ounce) can enchilada sauce

  • 14 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 14 tablespoon paprika
  • 12 cup shredded cheddar cheese
