  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can Mexican corn
  • 1/4 tsp. rosemary
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano
  • 1/4 tsp. marjoram
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cans tomato sauce
  • 1 (No. 10) can enchilada sauce
  • 12 tortillas
  • 1/2 lb. grated cheese

    Fry beef and drain all fat.
