- 2 lb. hamburger meat
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 pkg. tortillas, torn into fourths
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- mild enchilada sauce
- 2 small cans green chiles
- 1 pkg. Longhorn cheese, grated
Directions

1Brown meat and onion.

2Drain and spread in baking dish. Arrange tortillas over meat and onion.

3Mix soups together and spoon over tortillas.

4Spread the enchilada sauce over soup. Sprinkle with green chilies and top with grated cheese.

5Cover and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

6Uncover and bake another 15 minutes.
