  • 2 lbs. chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken soup
  • 1 c. Pace Picante salsa
  • 1 pkg. corn tortillas

    In a large bowl, combine, chicken, soups and salsa. Cut tortillas into quarters. Spray 9x12-inch casserole dish with cooking spray. Line bottom of casserole dish with tortillas, covering the bottom. Layer with 1/2 chicken mixture. Add one more layer of tortillas. Add one more layer of chicken mixture. Top with Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
