- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 10 corn tortillas, torn in fourths
- 1 can refried beans
- 1 (10 oz.) block cheese, grated
Directions

1Brown meat and onion; drain.

2Add beans; mix well and set aside.

3In medium bowl, mix soup and sauce with 1 can water; set aside.

4In an 11 x 13-inch baking dish, place a layer of tortillas.

5Cover with a layer of meat mixture; sprinkle with cheese.

6Pour part of the soup mixture over this layer.

7Repeat layers, ending with cheese.

8Cover and bake in a 400° oven for 25 to 30 minutes.

9Before serving, sprinkle liberally with lettuce. Pass dressing of your choice.
