- 2 lb. hamburger (can use beef, elk, venison or buffalo)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 1 large can evaporated milk
- 1 pkg. flour tortillas
- 10 oz. pkg. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions

1Brown hamburger; add soups, sauce and milk.

2Heat until mixture is thickened.

3Line 9 x 12-inch baking pan with tortillas. Pour in one half of meat mixture.

4Add another layer of tortillas.

5Pour remaining mixture over the tortillas.

6Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.

7Top with cheese and bake 5 to 10 minutes longer.
