- 1-1/4 cups vegetable oil
- 20 cups diced onion
- 3-3/4 cups chopped garlic
- 1/3 cup and 1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/3 cup and 1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon and 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 3-3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 6-1/4 cups hot chili powder
- 90 cups chicken broth
- 10 (1 ounce) squares semisweet chocolate
Directions

1Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium-high high heat. Saute onion until tender. Stir in garlic, oregano, cumin and cinnamon; saute for a few minutes.

2Stir in flour and chili powder, stirring until sauce thickens. Slowly whisk in chicken broth; reduce until sauce reaches desired consistency. Stir in chocolate until melted and well blended.
