- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 small onion, diced
- grated cheddar cheese
- flour tortillas
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 8 oz. tomato juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. oil
Directions

1Fry meat, salt and pepper to taste, drain.

2Place generous amount of meat, onion, and cheese on each tortilla.

3Roll up and place end side down in baking dish.

4Set aside.

5In saucepan, add flour, chili powder, tomato juice, salt, water and oil. cook until slightly thickened.

6Pour over each tortilla.

7Sprinkle with cheese.

8Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes until cheese melts and warms up.
