- 1 small can green chilies
- 1 small can evaporated milk
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 small can pimientos (optional)
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 or 1/2 chopped onion
- 1/2 (12 oz.) pkg. shredded Longhorn cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook meat until brown; drain.

2Add onions and Cheddar cheese. Let melt.

3Dip corn tortillas in hot grease for 10 seconds.

4Drain on paper towel.

5Place meat in tortillas and wrap.

6Place in baking dish and cover with cheese sauce.

7Sprinkle rest of grated cheese on top.

8Bake at 325° for 20 to 25 minutes.
