  • 1 or 2 pkg. soft tacos
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 pkg. chicken breasts (bite size)
  • 1 can mild green chilies, minced and drained
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pkg. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 small sour cream

Directions

    In a medium pan brown chicken.

    Add onions and completely cook.

    Add both soups and cook until creamy.

    Add 1/2 can chilies. Spoon 2 to 3 spoons of meat mixture into taco shells.

    Add 2 pinches of cheese.

    Roll up.

    Place into a baking pan.

    Spoon remaining meat mixture over the top.

    Sprinkle remaining cheese and chilies on top.

    Bake 40 minutes at 375°.
