- 3 lb. ground beef
- 3 chili peppers
- 4 onions
- 28 oz. Jack cheese
- 1 can tomato juice
- 2 doz. corn tortillas
- 2 cans pitted olives (1 green, 1 black, keep the juice)
- 3 medium cans tomato sauce
- 3 to 4 Tbsp. chili powder
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Chop 1 onion, olives and grate cheese.

2Set aside.

3Fry beef, 3 onions and peppers together.

4When onions are coked, drain and put into boiling pot with tomato juice, olive juice, tomato sauce and chili powder.

5Boil until blended.

6While this cooks, warm tortillas over low open fire.
