  • 3 lb. ground beef
  • 3 chili peppers
  • 4 onions
  • 28 oz. Jack cheese
  • 1 can tomato juice
  • 2 doz. corn tortillas
  • 2 cans pitted olives (1 green, 1 black, keep the juice)
  • 3 medium cans tomato sauce
  • 3 to 4 Tbsp. chili powder
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Chop 1 onion, olives and grate cheese.

    Set aside.

    Fry beef, 3 onions and peppers together.

    When onions are coked, drain and put into boiling pot with tomato juice, olive juice, tomato sauce and chili powder.

    Boil until blended.

    While this cooks, warm tortillas over low open fire.
