- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1 can mild enchilada sauce
- 1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
- 1 (10 oz.) can mushroom soup
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 12 tortilla shells
Directions

1Saute onions in butter; brown hamburger and drain.

2Combine hamburger, onions and cheese together.

3Remove from heat.

4Pour soups and enchilada sauce into medium saucepan, then bring to soft boil.

5Take shells, 1 at a time, dip into sauce until soft.

6Then roll meat up in shells.

7When finished, pour remaining sauce over enchiladas and sprinkle with cheese.

8Place in oven for 15 minutes at 400°.
