Ingredients

  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cans enchilada (mild) sauce
  • 2 cans taco sauce
  • 1 small can green chilli pepper
  • approximately 3 lb. ground beef
  • 1 lb. grated cheese
  • 2 to 3 medium onions, cut
  • 2 pkg. frozen tortillas (12 to pkg.)

Directions

    Mix and heat first 5 ingredients in large boiler.

    Brown ground beef in skillet.
  3. 3
    Fry tortillas.

    Dip fried tortillas in sauce mixture.

    Put in layer and top with ground beef, onions and cheese. Repeat layers until finished.

    Bake 30 to 45 minutes at 350°.
