- 10 to 15 soft tortillas
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 1 can hot chili
- 1 can mild chili
- 2 lb. lean ground beef
- 1/2 onion, sliced and cut up
- 12 oz. mild shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 can enchilada sauce
Directions

1Brown meat in pot with water.

2Drain water, mix chili with ground beef; add taco seasoning and 1/2 cup water; mix well.

3Warm enchilada sauce in pan.

4Warm tortillas according to package directions.

5Dip tortillas in enchilada sauce, one by one.

6Place 3 tablespoons of meat mixture in each tortilla, roll up; place in casserole dish.

7Pour rest of meat mixture over rolled up tortillas.

8Spread onion, then cheese on top of mix.

9Bake in 375° oven until cheese is melted.
