- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 4 Tbsp. chili powder
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 lb. cheese
- 1/2 c. onion
- 1/2 c. bell pepper
- 10 flour tortillas
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 1/2 c. tomato sauce
Directions

1Brown flour, chili powder and oil.

2Stir in 1 1/2 cups water gradually.

3Bring to boil; turn on low.

4Brown ground beef, onion, bell pepper, salt and pepper.

5Add enchilada sauce and tomato sauce; simmer.

6Dip tortilla in flour mixture; lay on plate.

7Add beef and cheese.

8Fold in; lay in pan.

9Do all 10 tortillas; sprinkle with extra cheese.

10Bake at 350° until cheese melts.
