- 10 to 12 flour tortillas
- 1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 tsp. salt (optional)
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 can milk
- 1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
- 1 c. water
Directions

1Brown ground beef and onion; drain.

2Add salt and pepper.

3In saucepan, heat the milk, soup, Velveeta cheese and water on low. Heat tortillas.

4Roll tortillas with meat and cheese.

5Lay in baking dish.

6Pour soup mixture over top of tortillas.

7It should be pretty juicy.

8Bake in oven until hot and bubbly.
