- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. tortillas
- oil
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Brown meat; drain.

2Add tomatoes, paste, water, onion and seasonings.

3Simmer 10 minutes.

4Fry tortillas in hot oil until softened; drain.

5Place rounded tablespoonful of meat sauce and cheese on each tortilla.

6Roll up tightly.

7Place seam side down in an 11 3/4 x 7 1/2-inch baking dish.

8Top with remaining sauce and cheese.

9Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 375° for 25 minutes.

10Makes 6 to 8 servings.
