- 2 to 3 lb. hamburger meat
- 2 cans Hormel chili (without beans)
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- onion, chopped fine (optional)
- 1 pkg. flour tortillas
- Velveeta cheese
Directions

1Brown meat; drain.

2Heat chili and tomato sauce together. Take tortilla and spoon meat in tortilla.

3Take chili sauce and spoon over meat.

4Put cheese on top and sprinkle with onions if desired.

5Roll up and place in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan (that has small amount of sauce on bottom).

6Place toothpick in tortillas. Take leftover sauce and pour over enchiladas.

7Bake at 325° to 350° for 30 minutes or until heated thoroughly.
