- flour tortillas
- finely shredded Cheddar cheese
- 4 oz. chopped chilies (mild)
- 12 oz. evaporated milk
- 1 can mushroom soup
Directions

1Brown ground beef.

2Mix mushroom soup, evaporated milk and enchilada sauce.

3Spread meat on flour tortilla.

4Spoon on sauce mixture and add cheese.

5Roll up.

6Fix all mixtures in tortillas and layer in baking dish.

7Top with sauce mixture and cheese. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

8Cover with foil when baking.
