- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 doz. corn or flour tortillas
- 1 lb. grated cheese
- 2 cans creamed soup (chicken or mushroom)
- 1 tsp. chili powder more or less to suit taste
Directions

1Brown ground beef.

2Add one can soup (undiluted) to beef.

3If necessary, soften tortillas in frying pan with hot oil folding 1/3 of top down.

4Remove from oil when soft.

5Fill each tortilla with small amount of beef mixture and grated cheese.

6Roll and place in 9 x 13-inch pan.

7Top with remaining cheese.
-
8Heat other can of soup and 1/2 soup can water.

9Add chili powder.
