Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 doz. corn or flour tortillas
  • 1 lb. grated cheese
  • 2 cans creamed soup (chicken or mushroom)
  • 1 tsp. chili powder more or less to suit taste

Directions

    Brown ground beef.

    Add one can soup (undiluted) to beef.

    If necessary, soften tortillas in frying pan with hot oil folding 1/3 of top down.

    Remove from oil when soft.
  5. 5
    Fill each tortilla with small amount of beef mixture and grated cheese.

    Roll and place in 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Top with remaining cheese.

    Heat other can of soup and 1/2 soup can water.

    Add chili powder.
