- 2 lb. hamburger or 1 whole chicken, cooked and boned
- 1 doz. flour tortillas
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 (3 oz.) jar chili powder
- minced garlic
Directions

1Cook hamburger with onion in pan until hamburger is done. Drain grease.

2If making chicken enchiladas, bone chicken and shred.

3Add onion to shredded chicken.

4When hamburger or chicken is warm, but not hot, add cheeses.

5Mix together until cheeses melt slightly.

6Add minced garlic and salt to taste.
