Ingredients

  • 2 lb. hamburger meat
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cans diced green chilies (4 to 6 oz. Ortega)
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 block Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 pkg. 10-inch tortilla shells

Directions

    Brown hamburger meat; drain.

    Add sour cream, seasoning, soups, green chilies, onion and grated cheese.

    Place 1/4 cup mixture on tortilla shell; roll up.

    Place in pan.

    Continue until all shells are filled.

    Put remaining mixture on top of rolled shells.

    Top with remaining grated cheese.

    Microwave for 20 minutes at half power.
