- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can green chilies
- grated cheese
- flour tortillas
- 1/2 soup can water
Directions

1Brown ground beef in skillet; drain.

2Add onions, salt and pepper to taste.

3Combine soup, water and green chilies.

4Heat to make sauce.

5Put ground beef mixture on heated flour tortillas and grated cheese.

6Roll up and put in large casserole dish.

7Make enough to fill dish.

8Pour cream of chicken mixture over tortillas and top with grated cheese.

9Bake long enough to melt cheese. Serve with picante sauce and tortilla chips.
