  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 10 tortilla flour shells
  • 1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
  • 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
  • sliced or shredded cheese
  • 1 pkg. enchilada sauce mix (McCormick)

Directions

    Brown ground beef, season to taste.

    Drain fat.

    Follow directions on back of enchilada sauce mix.

    Lightly grease dish. On flour shell spread 1 tablespoon of refried beans and spread 1 tablespoon sour cream.

    Top with cheese, add ground beef, then roll tightly as possible.

    Then pour sauce mix over all and top with cheese.

    Bake at 400° approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
