  • 1 doz. FLOUR TORTILLAS
  • 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 2 1/2 tsp. CHILI POWDER
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. cumin
  • cooked pinto beans, mashed
  • SPICY CHEESE
  • green onions, chopped
  • GUACAMOLE

    In saucepan,

    combine tomato sauce with next 5 ingredients. Bring to boil and simmer 20 minutes.

    Steam tortilla on one side and

    fill with beans, cheese and green onions.

    seam side down in baking dish.

    Cover with hot sauce
