- 1 lb. ground beef
- 16 oz. can tomatoes
- 6 oz. can tomato paste
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 9 oz. pkg. tortillas
- oil
- 2 c. (8 oz.) Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Brown meat; drain.

2Add tomatoes, tomato paste, water, onion and seasonings.

3Let simmer.

4Dip each tortilla in hot oil.

5Place tablespoonful of meat sauce and cheese on each tortilla; roll up tightly.

6Place, seam side down in 9 x 13-inch pan.

7Top with remaining meat and cheese.

8Cover with foil.

9Bake at 375° for 25 minutes.
