- 2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
- 1 (4 oz.) can diced green chiles
- 1 (7 oz.) can green chile salsa
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. whipping cream
- 12 corn tortillas
- salad oil (for frying)
- 1 1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese
Directions

1Combine chicken, chiles and salsa for filling.

2Mix salt with cream for sauce.

3Fry each tortilla in medium-hot oil a few seconds, until it blisters and is limp.

4Dip onto cream and fill with chicken mixture.

5Fold and place in ungreased baking pan, flap side down.

6When all tortillas are filled, pour remaining cream over them.

7Sprinkle with cheese.

8Bake, uncovered, in a 350° oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
