  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 3 beef bouillon cubes

    For the sauce, brown flour in a large skillet.
