- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon chia seed
- 1 tablespoon hemp seed
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
